Ear Infections in kids  -- tips to decrease ear infections in you kids or grandkids

This one is for the kids.

Do your kids or grand kids get a lot of ear infections?  One of the most common causes I see is allergies specifically to milk.  Take all milk out of diet for a month if they start to get an infection and you will notice a big difference in how many they are getting.

Also you dont have to use antibiotics every time your kids gets an infection.  Get some Childrens Ear Drops (can be used to adults too) and put 4-5 drops in the affected ear,  let it sit in there for several minutes while child is lying on their side, then put a cotton ball in ear and have them sit up.  Leave the cotton ball in for a couple hours afterwards to make sure the oil stays in ear.

If your child is sick with an ear infection make sure they are getting enough vitamin D.
2000 IU is a very safe dose for several days when they are sick.  If already taking that dose then double it for several days while they are sick and a few days afterwards.  This goes for colds, flus and sinus problems too.

Decrease ear infections by staying off milk, taking more vitamin D and using ear drops.  Its that easy!!
