PMS -- Cruciferous foods to cleanse hormones from liver

"Unfortunately many women of all ages experience unpleasant mood swings due to PMS.  Fortunately there are many treatments that can help to alleviate these problems.

One thing that might really help alleviate your PMS symptoms is eating cruciferous sprouts such as broccoli sprouts, brussels sprouts, and alfalfa sprouts.  These foods will activate enzymes in your liver to breakdown hormones.  The body can then cleanse itself of the hormones and your PMS symptoms will be lessened.  Beets and artichokes are also good foods to help with this.

I hope this helps make your PMS better."
