Ginger.  Helps to increase circulation, thin blood and lower both blood pressure and cholesterol.  Ginger is also a great anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea remedy and digestive aide.

Hawthorne berry.  This can be eaten as a berry or drank as a tea.  Hawthorne helps to regulate the contractions of the heart, strengthens the blood vessels, and dilates blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.

Lavender.  To help calm the nervous system and relax the mind.  Helps reduce stress. Can be drank as a tea or used as an essential oil in a diffuser in your house.
